Donations  refer to the donations made to the trust.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Temple of Unity , accessible from http://toutrust.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for refund

The Temple of  Unity Trust is Non Profit Organization therefore we will not refund any amount donated by you.

Refund will be applicable if Trust sells any goods or service and fails to deliver you ,in that case refund will be given within 7 days.
